All my skins are gone

My EA account used to be linked to the wrong steam account. I linked it back to the correct one with all my progress and skins but now all my skins are gone.

Horrible ping in apex
the servers in the menu say I should have around 19 ping but when I start to play it’s around 140 constantly. My recommended server is ap-southeast-2. any answers and no it’s not my own connection
