Amazon Prime Gaming Loot Issue

I have everything connected to my PSN account. Received every loot content before, but for some reason I am not getting the March Octane one. I have closed the game and reopened it four times now and even checked to see if the account is linked and it keeps telling me it is. Not sure what else to do now. Like I said before, it is all linked to my PSN account and I have received the past content before.

When you've got the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that missing content or account-related issues are not something we can investigate on Answers HQ.
