Just making a guess here, but im pretty sure its marked solved because the original posters problems had to do with not meeting the minimum requirements, they responded and verified thats the reason. I understand what you mean, like if you comment your similar problems on here they should respond, but at the same time the way these forums are designed, its for YOU to create your own thread with your problems, it wouldn't make much sense if they left it unresolved if they resolved or informed the OP of why they are having issues, it would make it very hard to find fixes on these forums specially this one with over 200 pages lol.
Not trying to be mean, I just think thats exactly why, If you have different specs that the OP then i suggest you make your own post and be sure to include your machines specs so they can assist you to their fullest ability.
I've also heard that EA had nothing to do with the developing of this game so maybe that's why these issues are taking a little longer to fix.
I personally kept getting a frozen screen like every other game and then a error popping up in the bottom of my screen talking about "AMD wattman settings may have been reset to default settings"... I've never installed that program before and even as I was getting the errors I didn't have it.
Specs:
Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.40GHz
12gb of ram
windows 10.something (most recent)
1tb HD
500W PSU
and finally
AMD Radeon HD 7870 (base version from 2012)
Even with these specs i can run just about any new game that i want on medium settings an it runs perfectly never an issue, but It was crashing literally every game when Apex came out but i did a fresh install of drivers and its only happened once since then (was the day after they released the patches for some AMD related issues)<-- talking about Apex
But yeah, sorry for the essay hope this helps somewhat at least.
