Since yesterday I've been getting the error “An error occured on the server, please try again.” I've tried everything but nothing. It happened yesterday after I opened 10 packages.
Error stopped when I opened the "Escape retro packs".You don't need to open the rest. Thank you guys. Especially SaberSlash99.
I have this same problem. It also happened to me after opening 10 packs to get the free Epic pack, except it never gave me the pack after filling the meter to 10 and anytime I go to the lobby it hits me with the server error. I am glad to know it isn't just me with this issue, I was starting to worry.
Have you found any solution?
I had the same problem; very annoying. I was able to solve it by opening my remaining 30 packs (which I didn't want to do yet). The packs button on lobby appears invisible but can also be accessed from the pack store. Respawn also needs to fix this because I suspect it will continue to happen.
Edit: I forgot to mention that this will give you the epic bugged pack.
Thank you for letting us know of a solution. I currently have 68 packs, so I'm not sure I want to open them all right now. I might hold out and wait and see if I get the pack once the meter refreshes in 3 days, and if I still get the error then I guess I'll have to open all my packs.
