Anyone getting the same random stutter ingame?W/ frametime graph (3080)

It's always the same stutter with the same pattern (It looks like 3 quick frametime spikes ingame and 1 stutter in MSI hardware monitor) its how I recognize it every time.Happens once/twice ran...

yeah same my 1060 6gb overclocked does that two. look at my post I've also been experiencing a problem where if i run above 170 fps things start to feel micro stuttery/ choppy
