Apeal

I was playing a match and got banned do to gameplay enchantment when i acctually did nothing. I wonder if i can get help with this issue and what i can do to get unbanned i made a apeal on support and waiting for an answer. I just wanna play apex again. I love the game and really like the concept im just trying to get an answer from any of the supports of EA. Since my ban was out of no where i just restarted my pc that day then went on apex then i got that in the middle of a match. i hope you read this^^. EA please help me with this problem
