Apex account blocking

Good afternoon! I have a problem with blocking my account in the Apex Legends game, but I cannot challenge this decision, since there is not a single entry in the "Blocking History". That is why...

@EA_QueenBee As i said - i can't do this steps 'cause i have no buttons to push - the ban history is empty, so i cant dispute that.

@f4vnus,

Not all game-specific bans will show up in your ban history, but you should still be able to follow the steps under "Dispute your lock, ban, or suspension" in the article I shared to reach out to terms of service.

    Once again - I have no button "I want to dispute a ban or suspension" on step 4

      @f4vnus,

      I think you're looking in the wrong place.

      The drop down you've clicked on is to, as the name implies, manage your account. It's not to get extra help categories, for that you need to click on "See all topics".
