I feel you and the same thing has happened to me 1 week ago. After 6000 hours and spending $3k+, I was banned and I don’t know why. I’ve accepted my bogus ban, but just disappointed with the amount of money and time spent in this game and to be perm banned with no specific reason. While I accept the ban I will continue reaching out to them to see why I was banned and informing others of what’s possible to mitigate their losses.
@BreakinFacez I forgot update it but I got unban after 7 months. My main account is back.
Likewise, after some time I guess another advisor reviewed it and lifted ban. So I have had my account back for about 6 months now.

It was maybe a month or 2. I didn't even know it was unbanned until one day, I was randomly checking my email.
