Completely understand... I got banned, I presume, because EAC tagged my nextgen XDR antivirus (sentinelOne) which I was testing for my cysec job at the time. Only info I got was in mail, that I was banned for exploits, or cheating. Not a word more specific. I didn't cheat in any way, and I got it recorded via outplayed.
I wrote 4 apeals and all were rejected, 3 of which with a template answer of "we wont reverse our decision". 1 month prior to this perma ban I got banned and unbanned and they told me everything was fine, just some weird activity on account. Even tough I mentioned EAC acting weirdly and that it might be my AV clashing on kernel level... No way to escalate this issue to L2 support.
I'm a working student that doesn't have much time or money, still loved playing apex and buying cosmetics with the few money that I got left over at the end of the month...
EA doesn't care 1 bit and can't even answer to me like I'm a human.
I don't have it in me to start from scratch when I had grinded for ~700hrs and had everything at the time of my ban (January 2021).
Thanks for nothing EA support.
