apex account wiped

 Have been playing apex on and off for a few years. Account was around level 120, had a good handful of legends, legendary skins and had bought an ash skin. Uninstalled a couple days ago while freeing up space, reinstalled this morning. Everything is gone , account reset to level 1. Hadn't actually opened the game for 1+ months but was all updated. My steam and ea accounts have been linked the whole time, I've reset my pc and steam to no avail.

i also cant unlink the accounts for another 4 months??
