Apex add on help for xbox

Hi everyone. I recently bought and installed the founders pack for apex legends on Xbox one. However, after installing the add on, everything has come through apart from the coins. They’re just not showing up. I’ve reset the game and my Xbox multiple times and it’s just not showing? Can anybody help me with this issue?

They can look into this and will make sure you get the content/coins you have paid for.

To contact the support team, click on the link at the bottom of my post.
Select Apex Legends, select Xbox as platform and click Never received content.
