Apex and problem with graphic quality when mouse in use

Hi,

I bought a new RX580 and the problem that I'm having now is that the quality of the game is fine but as soon as I move the mouse the quality drop so the texture are less "clean" and smooth.

As you can see from the picture all the letters and the skin are not the same as the first picture where I was not moving the mouse.

All my driver are updated and this happen just with Apex since when I bought this graphic card.

Is there any known problem about this? And is there any solution?

    Heya @DavideZeta93 

    Make sure your game isn't running on in your integrated graphics.
    Check if your resolution is set to the right values and the adaptive resolution FPS target is set to 0.

    It would be nice if you could attach a Dxdiag file, this will give us more information about your system. 🙂

    Let me know if one of these things changed anything!

    Hi, thanks for your answer.

    How can I check if the game is running with the integrated graphics? As I said this problem is happening with just Apex.

    I have attatched the DXdiag file as requested.
