EA support I am disgusted

I buy apex coins and they dont come into my account I look at the help page and it says wait a day or so so I wait 2 then i make a support ticket and im told to get a refund from xbox i tell them i dont want a refund and they said they cant do anything so i got to xbox support for a refund they say no as its an ingame currency they cant refund me and if i have not recived it to go talk to ea support so i go back on the ea help page make a case and the "chat to advisor" button Is disabled i then asked a friend of mine to check if its disabled for him and its not so wanna explain ea 87.99 down the drain I just want my apex coins like holy I showed them the proof of purchase needed like bruh
