APEX Anti-cheat Error

I am using a translation tool.

I am unable to play APEX Legends due to the error message: "The client is not running anti-cheat features or anti-cheat authentication failed."

After launching the game, it stutters on the menu screen and returns to the initial screen after about 20 seconds.

I have tried several things, including reinstalling the game, turning off core isolation (memory integrity), and performing an EAC factory reset and repair, but none of them have resolved the issue.
