Apex banning me for no reason?

I have also been banned for no reason from apex legends no email explaining why I got banned and the ban reason I get when loading the game is simply put banned I never cheated in the game hell TBH I am hot trash at it I don’t understand why I got banned I got in contact with EA help and they said it would be looked at I know posting on here probably won’t get me anywhere but thought I would bring up the issue that some players are actually being banned for no reason. It has been a couple of weeks since I have been banned and I hope this issue gets resolved

    Do you use any cheat for any other game, such as using Cheat Engine or a Trainer, these can be left running in the background and flag you for cheating by many anti-cheats/Games

    Hey there,

    You should have received a e-mail regarding the ban.

    If you think this ban was applied to your account by mistake.

    You can send a ticket here.

    Make sure you don't have any programs interfering with the game.

    Common ban cases: Account sharing, Exploit abuse, 3rd party software.

    We don't really debate about bans here on the forums but if you have any questions.

    nope I don't cheat in games and have no trainer or engine installed

    Did your problem get fixed? I just sent a ticket about my ban, I have to laugh at eac. Im super bad at this game but I do enjoy it i think i've yet to have over 1k damage game even! So wth is going on.
