Apex Battle Pass Issue
Hi, I wanted to buy the Ultimate+ Pass, but I misunderstood and thought the regular version and Ultimate+ were about the same. So I spent 950 coins on the regular Pass. Later I realized that I can’t get the Evolution skins with it, and upgrading to Ultimate+ now costs the full price again.
I understand this was my mistake for not checking the version details carefully, but I was wondering if it’s possible to refund the 950 coins so that I can buy the Ultimate+ Pass instead.
I’d really appreciate your help — I just don’t want those 900 coins to go to waste. Thank you very much!
KizzshotT Usually once Apex Coins are spent, there are no refunds or exchanges, however the Apex Battle Pass does work a bit differently where if you were to upgrade the Battle Pass to Ultimate, (or Ultimate+), the game will refund you the 950 Apex Coins that were used to buy the Premium Battle Pass.

When viewing the Apex Battle Pass in-game, you can see the notice about being refunded the 950 Apex Coins below the final "upgrade" button:When viewing the Apex Battle Pass online, you can see the notice about being refunded the 950 Apex Coins next to the price tag:
Buy Apex Coins and Battle Passes on the Apex Legends Official StoreNote: The above discounted prices is only if you have EA Play.
Since you are wanting the Valkyrie and Wattson skins, you do sadly have to spend a total of $20 for the Ultimate+ Battle Pass, (which the pricing is further explained below).
- Upgrading from No Pass/Premium to Ultimate | $10 - (refunds 950 Apex Coins if upgrading from Premium)
- Upgrading from No Pass/Premium to Ultimate+ | $20 - (refunds 950 Apex Coins if upgrading from Premium)
- Upgrading from Ultimate to Ultimate+ | $10
I assume you were hoping to use the 950 Apex Coins and then spend $10 to upgrade from Premium to Ultimate+, however sadly the Apex Battle Pass does not work that way, (but I wish it did).
