Apex black screen launch

When trying to launch apex game just goes to endless black screen. Have tried everything I can, uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, restarting xbox, reseting xbox, changing sum settings, my xbox series x has no updates, clearing cache and save files or whatever and literally anything I can and the problem stays, I have tried on other accounts but they have same issue, everything I have googled and looked for hasn't worked. Any help would be appreciated. Problem started 2-4 weeks ago I forgot. But yea any help please, thanks.
