Apex Code:Tap, can't join ranked.

I have been having the Code:Tap issue, which has cropped up within the last year and been persisting for the last few months on and off. (I play via Steam on PC)

It does not let me join ranked, the loading screen goes black and I am kicked straight to the lobby before the ranked game starts (leaving my teammates as a 2-person squad), with some days being extremely bad and others being completely fine. It does not seem to affect joining unranked or LTM and has been extremely annoying.

I've tried all of the following to try fix this with nothing working:

Restarting game, reinstalling game, verifying game cache files (via steam), updating drivers, different regional servers, restarting wifi, restarting pc, trying to change DNS server. One person online suggested it was due to rank differences in the squad but even in a full platinum squad it still happens.

I have spent money on heirlooms and do not really want to stop playing apex but the issue has become really frustrating. I have searched up multiple other fixes and there is no clear fix to this issue online, just that other people have been facing the issue for years.

Please help.
