Apex Legends Crashes with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG – Unable to Enter the Lobby
Hey guys,
I am experiencing a critical issue with Apex Legends. Whenever I launch the game, it starts loading, but before I can even enter the main lobby, the game crashes and kicks me out.
An error message appears stating:
DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED (0x887A0006) – DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
The error indicates that the graphics device has stopped responding. However, this issue only occurs in Apex Legends. Other games run normally without any crashes.
My PC specifications are:
• GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
• RAM: 32 GB DDR5
• GPU Driver: AMD Adrenalin 26.8.1
I have tried troubleshooting the issue, but I am still unable to access the game. Since the crash happens before I can even reach the main lobby, I cannot play the game at all.
Maybe someone had smth similar?
Could you please investigate this issue and advise me on how to resolve it?
