I'm afraid we aren't able to help add any missing content via the forums. If it's been 24 hours and those still haven't shown up for you in-game, our support team should be able to help look into that.

You can open a new case here to get in touch with support to have them take a look. They'll need to get this proof of purchase information so please be sure to have that available when reaching out.
