Community Manager@si13nce Gotcha! In some cases those can take up to 24 hours to be delivered to the account, but if you've restarted the game after that point and still aren't seeing the coins you'll need to reach out to that site.
Our support would be able to assist with purchases from trusted retailers, which you can find more information on here. If you're having any trouble with a code from a different retailer not listed there, you'd need to speak with them directly.

Depending on the particular code, in some cases it can help to log in via the EA app. If that triggers the codes to appear, you'll be able to swap back to Steam to use them normally.
As it's been more than 24 hours, if you still aren't seeing them after that point, you'd need to get in touch with Amazon directly per this information.
