Apex coins purchase not going through

im trying to purchase some apex coins with money from my Steam wallet (there is enough in the wallet) but i authorize the purchase and it says for a second processing in game currency or something alike and the money isnt taken from my wallet and i  dont receive anything in game. Anyone has had this error?
