I've been having the same issue, this happened right after the update that introduced regional pricing. I tried to contact the support but I couldn't I just made a post here as well i hope this gets fixed asap

Can I check what region your're in/your account is set to?

    @EA_David the issue is happening in most North African countries it started occurring after the regional pricing update.

    @EA_David Same problem here. Both of my EA and steam accounts are set to Macao SAR. The Apex Coins unavailable problem on steam occurred after the update.
