Missing Event Skins and Gifting

If you mean the other skins, Respawn made some skins show up year-round, (regardless of the in-game store rotation).

From what I know of, Apex Packs cannot be gifted.

These are reward skins for completing the different seasonal events, and I’ve completed almost all (if not all). At one point I could use them, and even had one or two set as favorites, but now they are locked.  I’m unsure of when this occurred but it’s very strange.

1. Are you able to get a screenshot showing the favorited skins being locked, (as shown in the example below)?
   
2. Is it every event skin you've obtained that is now locked?
3. Do you know what the event skins were called so when Respawn looks into the issue, they can better pinpoint where the skins went?
