Apex constantly crashing Xbox 1

Hi there. The same thing is happening to me. I have tried contacting EA, they keep on suggesting troubleshooting which I told them is NOT working. It is happening to me at this very moment. It's kicking me out before I can even get into lobby! And when I actually do manage to get in and ready up, it kicks me out. At least yesterday I got in a game and played a little bit but then it kicked me out mid-game. This is so frustrating. I've told them about this on the 26th of June and they still haven't done anything about it.
