Save my EA account! I want to play Apex Legends!

I often play Apex Legends on Steam, and due to this update, I need to log in to my EA account again.

However, my EA account has forgotten its login password and my registered email doesn't work anymore, is there any way to log in to my EA account?

I really like Apex Legends and I want to keep using my game data!

To do so, I can provide play data and recharge spending records.
