Apex Crash - Code:Snake/Leaf

Good Afternoon! So yesterday after a few games my game began to crash leading with weird Code goes by Snake/Leaf 

After a few more tries, I logged in Back without these codes popping up but a few minutes in the game/Legend selection Game keep

On freezing and crash back to desktop, I sent a ticket to EA Helpdesk yesterday I guess it will take some time till a reply 

I went on digging the internet over these codes apparently code: snake means that I got banned? 

I'm trying to understand what for I haven't received any Email about account suspension tho.. I haven't used any cheat or whatsoever in my life 

Playing legit losing them ranks lol... Might be a false code: snake thingy that was attached to my account during my crashing while playing ranks? 

Help a lad out please

    Hi, yep a code: snake can also apply when there's the short-term leaver penalty related to ranked, and it sounds like you were having server or network issues.

    Leaf is often an indicator of something more server-side, but you can check the steps here to ensure your connection is as stable as possible from your end: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

    So apparently I found the issue my GPU caused them crashes... I hope they will remove this snake code.

    That's good to hear, thanks. I believe there are some fixes coming to address some of the stranger manifestations of code: snake with the season patch.
