whenever i open the game and enter the lobby, it only works for 5-10 seconds. it freezes and then closes the game without any error message. out of the countless times i retried opening it, it only gave me ONE instance of an error. it was a memory issue saying and i quote "Apex failed to allocate 16777216.0 TB of memory." pretty sure this isnt supposed to happen.

this is a new pc so there isnt an issue with the hardware

AMD: Ryzen 5 3400g Radeon Vega 11 graphics

Ram: 8GB

ive done everything from reinstalling both the game AND launcher, lowering all ingame settings including the texture streaming budget one, to repairing all the drivers and nothings changed. its been 4 days since this started.
