Same problem here with almost same PC. My game crashes only by selecting a game mode with storm point map. After trying everything, I deleted game files for storm point map (the ones containing "mp_rr_tropic_island" under paks folder) and started the game. It shows a few error message but I can at least enter in main menu and start a match, played 3 hours with no problems (the map was worlds edge). Hope they fix this soon

This works. I moved the following files to another folder and I was able to get in and play maps other than Storm point even if the current map on the loading screen was Storm point:
