Hello,I'm experiencing frequent crashes with the error:
Easy Anti-Cheat: Untrusted system file (?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\amdihk64.dll)Important note: This crash only happens when Storm Point is in rotation. The game runs fine for several hours on World's Edge and Olympus without any issues. My setup:GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP
AMD Driver tested: 24.1.1 (also tried 25.8.1)
Already performed: Full DDU clean install in Safe Mode, Easy Anti-Cheat repair, game file verification multiple times.
The issue started after a recent update and seems to affect other AMD users as well. Could you please investigate if there's something specific in Storm Point (fog, effects, graphics load, etc.) that's causing this conflict between EAC and AMD drivers?Thank you
same. please fix it, i cant play
same here, have ran ddu and reinstalled amd drivers, and have reinstalled the game and repaired all system files.. just started happening last night i was playing all day just fine... great game ea...
Ok sorry now not working anymore EA please fix your game!!! I just got back into this game after 2 years then got me thiss??? Please fix this issue.. some amd gpu users got this issues. The game will crashout before start matchmaking.
i got a rx 850 8gb too, maybe its affecting rx 580 users?
I'm using an RX590, and I'm experiencing the same "untrusted system file" error.
Hey just got the same issue.. been trying to downgrade the driver. Till gemini suggest me 22.5.1 driver version. U can try it. Mine also use rx580 4gb. Now working for now.. will update back this comment if still got same issue..
I'm using an AMD graphics card and I have the same problem. Even if I manage to fix the issue and enter the game, it breaks again later. RX570 8 GB
