Community ManagerCan you try a mobile hotspot instead? I'm trying to bypass your normal connection and see if it works on a different one.
Okay I was able to set up a hotspot with my cell phone and got same problem.

Thanks for trying that. Would you mind performing a console reset to see if that helps?
Performed a console reset and the problem still persists. Thinking it might have something to do with Video settings. Once Apex became optimized for X|S is when the problems occurred. I have a Xbox Series X - Video is set to 4k, TV: Vizio M60-C3

Are you using the HDMI cable that your Series X came with?
Did you guys ever figure it out? I’m also having the same problem.
