Apex crashes randomly in-game with 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

I know this post is a year and a half old, but did you ever find a solution for apex?

I've been having the same issues since the start of season 13. My game crashes as soon as it boots up everytime.

Heya @ATRxREVENANT,

The issue you're experiencing is much different than what these users have experienced.

In the future I'd recommend making your own post so it's less confusing.

People have said that turning off spot shadows resolves this exact issue.
