Contact PlayStation support they helped me somewhat fix the problem, for me it mainly crashed ever since the start of season 19 and when I used ashes arc start in apex legends so that’s why I’m helping you guys idk if it’s like this for just apex but if any other games do this it should help you out make sure to look at all my comments
