Missing Reward After Opening Packs

I purchased 100 Apex Packs at approximately 11:59 AM on March 25, 2026. During the unboxing process, I encountered a server error and was unable to see what items I received. Upon checking my inventory, I found that no skin rewards were granted. Research indicates this is a bug that occurs after upgrading the 50 apex packs.
