Apex crashing after pressing "Continue" and even before that

I tried playing Apex yesterday and after I open it and click "Continue" the game would freeze and then crash. Today I was able to get into the lobby once, but after trying to play a game it froze an...

Sorry to hear that you are having problems starting the game.

Most of the steps you have already done. But see if restarting your modem and/or router to see if that is the solution.

Also check to see if the servers from your location to see if it is up and running
