I was on version 32.0.1... .1004 I can't remember the whole thing. I updated it after checking putting me on 32.0.22042.14002. Then I tried loading into the lobby and it started loading shader, and now I'm in. I can't believe I didn't try that first. I'm going to close apex and try again to see if it will load consistently.
I'll come back here if something else goes wrong.
