Apex Cross-Progression: Items not on PC
I connected my accounts (Xbox to PC) ages ago and have been waiting to see if the only heirloom I care about keeping was on my account. But after alot of patience, nothing has been "crossed over" and is very annoying. My Xbox content has not been translated over to my PC and I am left wondering if you can even call this cross-progression and not keep the things you had on one platform. I have seen replies from customer support stating that accounts have to be linked to the same EA account... well it is my only account that I've connected to and nothing is working. Help in any way is appreciated.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
That may be relevant here as I'm not seeing this EA account has ever launched Apex on Xbox, meaning your Xbox content is still likely on whichever EA account it was linked to prior to this one.
You would need to re-link your Xbox to the original EA account to try recovering that progress.
