Apex forces my PC to soft restart

I recently had a PC built and whenever I launch Apex, it makes a sort of whining sound and eventually resets itself, but the computer itself doesn't turn off. My specs are: Windows 10 Asus B550-A ...

Looking through the diagnostics section I did notice that a process called Aac3572MbHal_x86.exe has been crashing. It looks like this is part of the ROG lighting service. I've seen some cases in the past where Easy Anti-Cheat has run into conflicts with software like this, so I am curious if that might be related to what's happening here.

First, can we try repairing or reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat to see if that helps? You can find more information on how to do that at the Easy Anti-Cheat website. If you're able to give that a try please let me know if it helps.

    I've seen some cases where issues like this are graphics driver related as well. Can you try rolling back to an earlier driver to test and see if that makes a difference?
