An Inquiry Regarding the EA Help Page

Hello,
I am a user from South Korea who plays Apex Legends.

One day, when I tried to log into Steam to launch the game, I discovered that my Steam account had been hacked by someone from China. That person used cheats while playing on my account, which resulted in my account being banned, and also spent all of the Apex in-game currency I had before leaving.

I attempted to submit an appeal regarding this issue through the EA website. However, whenever I try to file an appeal, I repeatedly receive a message saying “Case cannot be created.” This issue has persisted for several days, and even for several months, with no change—the case is never created.

As a result,  I have two questions:

Is it possible to have the ban on my account reviewed and lifted?
Does the EA Help Center not provide support in South Korea, or does the message “Case cannot be created” appear for all users?
