literally same problem, only since last patch (fight night)
My speccs are:
CPU: i7 9700k
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON LGA
GPU: RTX 2070 super MSI
RAM: DDR4 32GB

also, ive tried the 4core workaround (as per sticky), still gives the same issue, all 4 cores run at 100 and the other 4 are fine
edit: added the DxDiag if that helps

Same problem here, screen freezes since freight night. Never happend before to me.
After that I can't even force shut down. Fastest way to start again is log of from Win and log in again.
Very unsatifying to play when this happens 2-3 times in 30 minutes...

You can try this solution and gl:
in game options:
monitor: borderless window,
v-sync: adactive rateo1/2,
antialising: off
Disable overclocking CPU and GPU
Disable overlay programs like FRAPS, Rivaturner ecc.
With this setup: 4 games 0 crashes before this i crushed every game.
My PC specs:
I7 9700k
16 GB RAM 4000 mhz
SSD m.2
Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti x2 (SLI) with nvidia profile inspector 100% working.
