Apex infinite loading and shader loading

i've installed apex recently again and tried playing it the first day everything went smooth and good but the second day when i tried opening apex it was constantly just loading, sometimes it would load the game but it froze every 2 seconds with audio tearing and a lot of stuttering but most of the times it was just infinite loading, i really don't know what the problem is this same thing made me quit apex a few times already and i really don't know what to do...i tried most of the things but still giving it a try since i really wanna play. btw reinstalled the game 3 times already playing on steam verified the game files a few times. I hope someone can help since this is really frustrating right now, spent 2 whole days on trying to fix this...attached my dxdiag.

Whenever it would load(mostly after 10mins or so) it would just start loading and compiling shaders and freeze on 300 shaders which again makes it unplayable....really hoping for a fix.

Forgot to mention so when i open the game my screen goes black and there is the apex logo in the bottom right corner doing the animation thing and it's constantly like that so it doesn't load up the continue thing
