APEX Infinite Loading MENU ISSUE

Apex Legends has an infinite loading circle on the menu, sometimes with "Initialization" said. This issue has bothered me for about a whole week. 

This bug has already appeared last month, but when I restart the game, everything went well. However, starting from last week, I cannot play a single match. Every time I matchmaking, I would 100% get stuck on the page of choosing legends, and then get kicked by "unable to connect, code: net". Then, an infinite circle starts to load on the menu.

I am on PC Steam, and have tried everything I can learn from Google, including: resetting the system internet, fixing DNS, changing system time, changing system language, checking game file integrity, changing compatibility, and lastly -- deleting and reinstalling the whole game. Tragically, none of them work☹️

I am wondering if anyone here has the same issue, and can anyone give some advice?
