Apex is stuck in the Breach loading screen, but my internet is fine

Can someone help me? My Apex Legends has been stuck on the loading screen for hours. I can't even access the main menu. My internet connection is good, and I can play other games smoothly. But I don't know why. After the Apex update on March 24th, I can't access the menu and am stuck on the loading screen. I've tried several DNS servers, flushing DNS, renewing, and other methods, but nothing happens, my apex still stuck in the Breach loading screen

I just bought a Gundam skin last week, i just want to play bro. This is really frustrating.
