apex isn't right

hello, I started running into to this problem some days ago. I've been playing fine for a year. I've tried so far: flushing/changing DNS, resetting my router, re-installing the game, verifying files integrity, re-installing easy anticheat, repairing easy anticheat with the repair tool, even uninstalling Elden Ring in case its anticheat is conflicting with apex's. I also downloaded and installed on both steam and EA app. sometimes it lets me into the main menu, but all the tabs are greyed out, the legend model is frozen in place, and I can't connect to a game. please help I want to play the event.
