How To Change EA Account Email Address without access the original email address

Question

Hi i started playing apex legends 6 years ago with this account i am logged in here with Ritchierd. But i dont have access to that email address anymore i forgot my password. It was never a problem before becasue i just played Apex Legends on console only. But now i would like to cross progress my account to PC Now. So i think i will need to change the original email address on this account. this is where i would like this Ritchierd account i am logged in to be changed from the original. possibly with many hours i could figure out the password on the old account. But i thought i would try a easier option and see if you can help me 1st..Thanks for any help on this.

A new page should load that looks like the images below. Follow the arrows, fill in the information (for the email, put in an address you have access to at the moment), and then send it.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Once the case has been sent, a new page will load for live chat. It may show a timer if there's a queue.&nbsp;If you see a message pop up on the screen when opening the chat Icon, make sure to select the option&nbsp;keep waiting&nbsp;and&nbsp;do not close the page, or the connection to the chat will be lost and the case closed as a result. You can always try again if that happens, but your place in the queue will reset.

If possible, it would be best to recover the email address itself.
Failing that, our support team may be able to help you update the EA account email. You would need to pass the account security stage with them first and they'll be able to assist you from there.&nbsp;
