Apex keeps logging me out

I’ve also tried deleting the app and clearing the Mac address but nothing works.

Hey @Hback537  @BigTure_2  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
4. Plug the console power cable back in.
5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If that don't work, recommend clearing Local and online saves for Apex

Same issue, happened right after I joined a club. Now when trying to login Apex just quits to the Home Screen.   Only happens on main account. 

Alt accounts are fine, this also happens on two different xboxes. 

@Ocihc48 I definitely think that the clubs have something to do with it and @EA_Atic power cycling doesn’t work and I keep having the same problem

Same for me, but I'm on PC, doesn't work on both origin and steam. Already tried on different computers.

Now almost all of my friends have the same problem. We’re also all convinced that it’s a club bug in the game and nothing to do with our Xbox. EA, please try to fix this bug as soon as possible because we are missing out on a lot of events.

does not fix the problem. took 20 more tries to get in.
