Apex Lagging but no FPS Drop

At first, I thought that the graphics were too high for the pc, but turning all the graphics down still didn't work for me, it lags so bad but fps don't drop.

Getting 80-100fps on a low setting with Pentium gold g5400 and a gtx 1050 2g.

tried regedit,geforce experience, optimizing drivers, all didn't work.

literally unplayable

@Pieriseking Well, there are a few things that could be causing this. Based off of your system specs if you're playing at 1080P you may run into issues with your GPU such as running out of VRAM (at 1080P with everything on low I am using 2.4GB VRAM) which can cause issues which game stuttering, frame rate etc, you have to monitor if that's the problem. With this game I would recommend 3GB to really be pushing it and 4GB + to be more comfortable. As far as the CPU, I'm pretty certain that would be at 100% during gameplay which can cause frame rate issues as well.

I have the Dxdiag and I'll attach it to the following message, but one thing to note is that I just finished playing a couple rounds of Apex Legends a while ago, and one thing I noticed in task manager was that my ram usage for the game was unusually high, around 5,000+ MB. Keep in mind I run everything on low settings, including the VRAM usage. So much so, my wallpaper engine wallpaper on my other monitor started to lag whilst Apex was running. Here is the Dxdiag report, I hope to get a reply soon. Thank you for your time.

@EA_DarkoI'm not, as I'm not even sure on how to do that to be honest. The most I've done is alter the Apex Legends settings itself, with everything on the lowest settings or off in general. Is there a way I can check if I am stopping games from using all my VRAM? I also want to add this only happens to Apex Legends, the lagging issue and my RAM skyrocketing, it doesn't happen to other games such as Valorant, granted it is easier to run though. Just wanted to add a little more information as it could help in any way possible resolve the issue. 

@KeoniFRFX To first answer the other question. You can't set ram usage, this is coded automatically into the game and it allocates memory based off of how much ram it requires for different tasks. If you're saying Apex Legends itself is using 5GB of ram, yes that is extraordinarily high. When I use only about 3.4GB or so at 1440p about medium settings. As far as I know to my knowledge this occurs due to this factor: System RAM is shared with your GPU in case you run low or out of VRAM, which could cause Apex to show it is using more ram to compensate for the VRAM running out which would cause your game to lag due to System RAM being a lot slower than VRAM. When this lag occurs you can actually go to task manager and the performance tab and click your GPU within the list shown and view the "Dedicated" GPU memory in that list, and you'll see "Dedicated GPU memory X/X". The right number is the VRAM your card has which based off the DXDIAG file is 5,991MB or 5.9GB. Since you have a dual monitor setup and wall paper engine you will use more VRAM than normal on those features. Monitor the VRAM to make sure that isn't the issue, and limit GPU intensive applications while playing Apex.
