There has been no response after appealing the account punishment.

After my account was hacked, I contacted customer service for repair, but it didn’t work, and my account was still banned. After I filed an appeal, the case has been stuck in the 'new' status for eleven days. I closed the case and filed a new appeal, and now it has been twelve days, but the case is still in the 'new' status. Is there any way to speed up the review process?
