Unfortunately, there's is no option for Apex legends.
I tried to uninstall and re installing back the anti-cheat by following suggested step but still there's no option to install/repair/uninstall for Apex Legends.
There are only several games that on the list inside the EA Anti-cheat, you can refer the attachment below.
