Apex Legend Freeze and disconnects

Hello, 

My Game freezes on random points ingame or in the main menu, this lasts 10-20 seconds.

After that it disconnects and sends me back to the main menu.

    Same happened to me , I didn't had this issues before , server overload maybe?

    I have seen various users with AMD FX-6000 Series CPU's reporting crashes and disconnects. A temporary solution is to disable cores 5 and 6 in bios at least until Respawn can fix this issue.

    Whaaaaaaat? Disabling cores fix an issue about disconnection? Can't believe but gonna try ...

    Ky bois doesnt allow me to change my cores is there a way I can set an affinity for apex? Every time I try it gives me access denied
